ACEH TAMIANG — The Aceh Tamiang Regency Office of National Unity and Politics (Kesbangpol), represented by Sri Rohani, S.E., Junior Expert Policy Analyst, accompanied by Nurdiana, S.H.I., First Expert Policy Analyst, and Idzni Hesty, S.E., First Expert Policy Analyst, conducted a field verification, monitoring, and evaluation visit to the Secretariat of the Aceh Tamiang Branch of the Indonesian Advocacy Agency (DPC BAI) on Monday (September 21, 2026).
The visit took place at the DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang Secretariat, located in Satelit Graha, Kebun Tanah Terban Village, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang Regency.
The Kesbangpol visit was part of the government’s monitoring and evaluation process concerning the existence and activities of community organizations operating in Aceh Tamiang Regency.
During the field verification, the Kesbangpol team directly inspected the organization’s secretariat and reviewed various aspects of its administration, organizational structure, and institutional activities.
The activity was conducted in an open and communicative atmosphere. Syamsul, Chairman of DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang, accompanied by Saut Isak Parulian Simanjuntak, Secretary of DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang, welcomed the Kesbangpol team and provided the information and data required for the verification and evaluation process.
Syamsul said that DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang welcomed the monitoring and evaluation conducted by the local government as part of efforts to establish orderly, transparent, and regulation-compliant organizational governance.
He emphasized that community organizations also have an important role in strengthening communication between the community and the government, while contributing to social and community development at the local level.
“In principle, we welcome the field verification, monitoring, and evaluation conducted by Kesbangpol. This is an important process to ensure that the organization operates in an orderly manner and in accordance with the applicable regulations,” Syamsul said.
He added that DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang is committed to implementing its organizational programs professionally while building stronger cooperation with the local government and various elements of society.
Meanwhile, Sri Rohani said that the visit was intended to strengthen institutional communication and encourage greater synergy between community organizations and the local government.
“The field verification and monitoring and evaluation activities are expected to strengthen the development and guidance of community organizations in Aceh Tamiang, while also creating better institutional communication between the local government and community organizations,” Sri Rohani said.
The visit concluded with a dialogue session, coordination, and a joint photograph involving the Kesbangpol Aceh Tamiang team and the DPC BAI Aceh Tamiang management.
Through regular monitoring and evaluation, community organizations in Aceh Tamiang are expected to continue making positive contributions to society while supporting the creation of an orderly, harmonious, and constructive social environment.
